It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

•	Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments for Pediatric new, returning, and transferring patients, documenting encounters collaboratively with patients
•	Manage a caseload of patients, providing both medication and non-medication management based on individual needs.
•	Engage in administrative activities, including Medical Services Team meetings and quality assurance efforts.


Youth Inpatient Provider

•	Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments for new, returning, and transferring adult patients, documenting encounters collaboratively with patients
•	Manage a caseload of patients, providing medication management for ADHD, GAD, MDD.
•	Assess all patients scales for PHQ-9, GAD-7, and ASRS during appointments.


Psychiatric Provider

•	Develop patient care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team which consist of physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, and nurses.
•	Provide holistic nursing care considering client population, including factors such as gender, race, culture, and other demographics.
•	Work with adolescents as well as the adult population to provide mental health care needs within my scope as a registered nurse.
