A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.


Offers comprehensive health assessments, routine check-ups, and preventative strategies to maintain optimal health.

A medication refill appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of the existing patient's medical history, side effects of the medication, and review of the assigned questionnaire. A telemedicine visit is typically not necessary, but can be requested at the provider's discretion.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Functional Medicine & Psychiatric visits involve 3 month follow-up visits for first 12 months, depending on treatment plan. Supplement cost is not included in visits.
