"If everything around you seems dark, look again—you may be the LIGHT." — Rumi
My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experience of managing mental health from a young age. This personal journey highlighted the profound power of therapy and inspired me to help others achieve similar transformations.
I specialize in treating individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders (including phobias and panic disorder), and Mood Disorders. My expertise also includes helping individuals affected by trauma and PTSD, guiding them toward recovery and lasting healing.
Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting individuals as they navigate relationship challenges and major life transitions, as well as providing compassionate care to those coping with loss and grief. I take an integrated approach that combines evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective.
Healing isn’t about avoiding pain—it’s about feeling safe enough to face it, embrace it and grow from it, much like a rose blooms despite thorns. Together, we’ll create a supportive space where you can explore, build resilience, and move confidently toward the life you envision.
