Hello! I'm Rafia Grooms, a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) . With a deep passion for helping individuals achieve their health Care goal and best mental health goal. , I draw on years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Temple University and completed my PMHNP certification at LaSalle University. My background includes extensive experience treating both adults and adolescents, ensuring they receive the quality care and support they need.
In my current role, I manage medications, perform thorough evaluations, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to create the best care plans for my patients. I believe in clear communication, patient education, and advocating for everyone to ensure the best outcomes.
