Meet Taylor Alexander

Taylor Alexander has half a decade of experience in the mental health field. She worked in various practice setting including inpatient hospitals, a mental health urgent care, and a residential setting. As a Nurse Practitioner her treatment philosophy is to be a guide in her patient's mental health goals and needs. She believes patient's are priority in their own journey and so this is truly patient centered. In treatment Taylor is able to perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and prescribe medication. She treats patients using various therapy modalities such as CBT and DBT along with other supportive methods. Taylor also offers medication management if there is an indication for the patient to have medication, but no matter what she believes it is the patient's choice to take medication or not. Taylor believes it is important to work together with her client and that they are heard every step of the way in treatment.
