Dr. Egemasi is a Doctorate prepared provider with dual Board-Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Dr Egemasi has over 10 years of experience in providing quality care. She believes in providing holistic, integrative, and individualized care to her clients. She is passionate about helping people with decreasing their stressors. Some of her practice specialties include (but not limited to) Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia and ADHD. Dr. Egemasi style of practice can be traditional (prescribing up to date psychiatric medications) or alternative medicine (natural treatments including but not limited to vitamins, supplements, lifestyle modification- diet, exercise, etc.). At Open Mind Psychiatry, we have a team dedicated to providing innovative, personalized treatment plans for patients with mental health issues. We treat patients of all ages using a holistic, integrated, and comprehensive approach. By working with clients individually, we can develop personalized treatment plans to meet their mental health goals. Over the course of ten years of medical practice, Dr. Egemasi has had the privilege of working in many practice areas including behavioral health, primary care, urgent care, emergency room and internal medicine. Dr. Egemasi offer extended office hours during the week to meet the needs of her patients.
