I specialize in working with individuals of all ages who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, insomnia, and other mental health conditions. My focus is on creating personalized treatment plans that offer holistic and compassionate care. With over 8 years of experience in mental health, both as a registered nurse and a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families lead fulfilling lives.
