Meet Yogi Patel
Patient focused psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in ADHD, depression, anxiety
Having been diagnosed with ADHD myself, I am deeply passionate about helping both children and adults manage ADHD and various other mental health challenges. I earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2023 from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida, after receiving my Master’s in Nursing from the same institution in 2021. My interest in psychiatry was ignited during my nursing student rotations in St. Louis, Missouri, where I witnessed firsthand the struggles individuals faced in accessing mental health care across the United States. My experiences in the healthcare systems of St. Louis, Atlanta, West Palm Beach, and now Seattle have highlighted the pressing demand for psychiatric providers, as the waitlist to see a provider remains lengthy. This motivated me to establish my own practice in Washington state, aiming to provide accessible mental health resources, diagnoses, and medication management. My goal is to deliver quick access to resources to support both adolescents and adults. In my leisure time, I enjoy hiking, walking, appreciating nature, sports, and reading.
