Nicole works collaboratively with her clients using a holistic and
person-centered approach to meet their treatment goals. Nicole has a genuine
compassion for helping individuals across the lifespan who are dealing with
mental illness. She believes that both physical and mental health are key to

Initial Evaluation
An initial evaluation with a provider involves a medical history review, physical examination, and may include diagnostic or laboratory testing. A second appointment may be necessary to finish up the evaluation due to time constraints. I may also want to request records from previous providers or obtain consent to talk to friends or family members to further clarify information.
Once the initial evaluation is complete, we will discuss the treatment plan, that we both agree with.

Follow-up Visit
A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. These visits are generally much shorter in duration and allow for a brief check in or talk therapy.

Prescription service
A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.
