Family Nurse Practitioner

Performs routine assessments to patients throughout the lifespan. Average patient encounter about 3-4 per hour. Formulate and implement health management plans with patients. Writes or dictate letters summaries, referrals, etc. for appropriate coordination/continuity of care.
