During the initial visit, the therapist will build rapport, review your medical and psychological history, assess current symptoms and concerns, conduct any necessary diagnostic evaluations, set therapy goals, and discuss potential treatment options.


In follow-up visits, the therapist will review your progress, reassess symptoms, implement therapeutic interventions, adjust goals as needed, and provide strategies to support ongoing improvement.
