An initial visit with a provider involves a mental health history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and establishing treatment goals. 

Provides psychological support and counseling through various talk therapy (non-medication focused) techniques.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress toward therapeutic goals, assessing any new symptoms, and providing ongoing support. 

An initial consultation with a licensed therapist focuses on assessing the patient's current mental health status. Counseling and therapy are provided during this session to enhance overall mental well-being.

Please be aware that licensed therapists do not engage in medication management and, therefore, do not prescribe medication.
