Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

	Performing physical and mental examination based on the patient’s age and history,by interviewing patients to obtain complete medical and mental histories;
	Evaluates and treats an assigned panel of patients including co-managing more complex and 
higher risk patients in consultation with a designated physician
	Experience with all age ranges from 0-99 years;

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)

•	Worked at the IRC (Inmate Receiving center). 
•	Completed patient assessment, came up with diagnosis and made informed decisions about the healthcare treatment plans for the patients before they are administered. 
•	Offered comprehensive patient mental and health assessment to determine treatment. 
•	Consulted with the physician as needed to coordinate a plan of care, implement inpatient treatments, review mental assessments, and/or to discuss disease prevention and patient education needs. 
•	Ensured patient's safety at all times


Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

An initial visit with a provider involves a mental and medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
