Nurse Practitioner

I offer dual diagnosis, ensure timely rounds for all admissions, follow-ups, and discharges, and provide accurate documentation for complex patients. I provide individualized care for all patients based on individual needs and evaluation following a treatment plan. I participate as needed in probate, guardianship, forced medication, and other legal hearings for patient care purposes and provide second opinions as needed or requested by providers, courts, or patients.


My role involves performing comprehensive physical assessments of adults with a high degree of precision. I enhance the evaluation and accuracy of patient reports by evaluating laboratory tests. A key aspect of my work is not just achieving health promotion goals, but also inspiring and empowering patients with knowledge about their health through therapeutic communication skills. I perform accurate assessment, diagnosis, and education of patients on diseases while identifying patients requiring specialty referrals and assisting with intervention as needed. I offer inpatient detoxification.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
