Perform virtual patient evaluations, gathering health histories and diagnosing and treating common mental health conditions. Work with patients to develop and carry out treatment strategies. Take the patient's preferences and limits into account and follow evidence-based guidelines for medicines and therapies. Track patient progress, evaluate results, and modify treatment programs as needed.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of individuals manage chronic mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. One accomplishment I’m particularly proud of is helping a patient who had struggled for years with treatment-resistant depression find the right combination of therapy and medication, leading to significant improvement in their quality of life and an eventual return to work 

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess the mental, emotional, and physical health of patients.
Utilize diagnostic tools and criteria to make accurate mental health diagnoses (e.g., mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, etc.). Take comprehensive medical histories, including family history, substance use, trauma history, and previous psychiatric treatments.
Helped patients achieve better mental health outcomes through personalized treatment plans, medication management, and therapy.

Care for mental patients, give patients and their families psychological support, transcribe doctors' orders, and evaluate paperwork. Monitor patient progress, administer drugs or treatments as instructed, and note any changes in behavior or health. Performed physical and mental health assessments, hearing/vision screenings, immunization administration, led nursing groups focusing on mental and physical health and provided group and individual counseling, provided ongoing evaluation of medication regime and monitored effectiveness, participated in weekly inter-disciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss individual client treatment plans and discharge planning, participated in milieu management, and ensured safety for all staff and clients, and performed physical restraints as necessary.

•	Obtain patient history and perform assessment via observation, interview, and examination.
•	Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
•	Perform preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations, and patient care.
•	Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referral to other healthcare providers or community resources.
•	Counsel and educate patients and their families/caregivers concerning preventative health, treatment options, and community resources.
•	Document delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy


Provide care and treatment to patients; have the capacity to evaluate patients' conditions, give prescriptions, change dressings, keep track of vital signs, maintain records, and give patients assistance and education. Apply clinical knowledge to evaluate glucose levels, give injections and drugs, administer IV therapy, and remove sutures. Ensure continuity of care after discharge and promote recovery goals; give thorough teaching on discharge plans. 

•	Teaching, Assessment, Evaluation, Wound Care, Administering Medication, Transferring Patient Care, Documented all elements of nursing assessment, treatments, medications, and pain management. 
•	Care for patients, including bathing, dressing, feeding, repositioning, and ambulation. 
•	Providing stoma care, trach care, and quality patient care. 


An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
