Oversee clinical operations as the Clinical Director while also providing direct patient care as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medication for clients with diverse mental health needs. Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for addiction, utilizing buprenorphine, naltrexone, and long-acting injectable treatments, including Vivitrol and Sublocade. Offer genetic testing consultations as part of a personalized approach to psychiatric medication management. Focus on holistic, patient-centered care, integrating behavioral interventions and therapeutic communication to optimize outcomes.


Clinical Director & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

 Conducted comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and developed individualized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient setting. Managed medication therapy, providing detailed monitoring and adjustments to ensure effective outcomes. Facilitated esketamine treatments for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and performed Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for addiction management, including the use of buprenorphine and naltrexone. Provided therapeutic services, such as supportive therapy and psychoeducation, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and maintain accurate documentation.  

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Provided versatile critical care staffing support to HCA hospitals across the west Florida division. Recovered patients from open heart surgeries and other cardiothoracic procedures. Took on general medical and psychiatric ICU patient assignments when not needed for the above. Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in managing complex medical cases, including both voluntarily and involuntarily admitted patients experiencing acute psychiatric crises within the ICU setting. Collaborated with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners, to provide comprehensive care to patients with co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions. Utilized effective therapeutic communication techniques to establish rapport with patients and their families, addressing both their physical and psychological needs during challenging times. Participated in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans, provide input on medical considerations.

CVICU Locum Nurse

Recovered patients from open heart surgeries and other cardiothoracic procedures. Took on general ICU patient assignments when not needed for the above. Utilized effective therapeutic communication techniques to establish rapport with patients and their families, addressing both their physical and psychological needs during challenging times. Participated in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans, provide input on both medical and psychiatric considerations, and facilitate seamless transitions of care for patients with psychiatric comorbidities. 

ICU Open Heart Recovery Nurse

Responsible for total patient care, including medications, drips and titration, orders, and treatments to a population with unusually high volumes of Baker Act patients. Assisted physicians in performing special procedures. Assisted in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patients’ physical and psychiatric conditions. Responsible for monitoring life support equipment, attending to wounds, responding to changing patient conditions, and providing advanced life support. Provided support and education to the patient’s family, answering questions and giving vital instructions on how to care for the patient. Performed other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting. Provided and performed post-anesthesia recovery protocol. Member of rapid response team.  


ICU/CCU RN

Provided and assisted with routine patient care duties. Monitored patients for changes in condition and recorded and reported those changes. Responsible for setting up and operating therapeutic equipment. Instructed and supervised patients about rehabilitative therapy. Assisted medical staff in changing dressings and conducting patient examinations.  


Telemetry RN

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance.
