An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, a clinical interview to discuss  specific symptoms and concerns, and diagnostic testing to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options. These meetings may last 2-3 hours. A report is prepared and sent to your surgeon/physician in 1-3 business days. 

Pre-Surgical Psychological Evaluation

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.
