Responsible for providing psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment remotely to patients that are scheduled or walk-ins to be assessed. Conducting Psychiatric evaluations, including comprehensive alcohol/substance use history, assign diagnoses for mental health and Psychoactive substance use disorders. Order Lab work as indicated. Attend High risk-meetings weekly.


Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Responsible for the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow up of acute and chronic health problems including treating major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety and many other acute health problems in patients ages 18 months and older.  
Former clinic manager: Responsible for the overall operations at assigned clinic locations in the Orlando Market. Developing and managing providers and support staff for career growth and high performance, supervising colleagues to ensure quality care and patient engagement metrics are achieved and driving financial results and profitability. 
Former clinic manager: Responsible for orientation and training of new Nurse Practitioner hires in the Orlando Market. Worked together with the company educator to develop an educational plan based on the provider’s previous work and educational experience. 


Family Nurse Practitioner

Worked in a fast paced, full service infectious disease specialty practice, collecting health histories, conducting physical exams, providing diagnoses and plan of care for patients presenting with infectious diseases in an outpatient and inpatient clinical settings. Ordered and reviewed imaging 
studies, referrals/specialist’s consultations, laboratory work, treatments. Hospital consultations/rounds. Proficient in billing and coding. 


Family Nurse Practitioner-Infectious Disease

Responsible for providing patient care consistent with Family Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida scope of services for patients 18 months and older. Performed detailed medical histories and complete physical exams. Provided diagnoses, ordered treatments, performed procedures, prescribed medications, recommended treatment plans, and made referrals for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Treated common acute medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries and provided and prescribed treatments. Counseled patients and families about medical condition, prognosis, and treatment. 

Mental health is close to my heart, and I offer compassionate psychotherapy as well as medication management for those dealing with mental illness all in collaboration with trusted Psychiatrists.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Psychiatric Evaluation

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Medication management

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
