PRIMARY CARE 

PRI-MED

Working under the guidance and in collaboration with An attending physician
•	Examine and Treat patients with acute and chronic conditions
•	Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)

•	Diagnose health conditions and illnesses - Prescribe medications as needed.

•	PAP-Smear Procedure - STD/STI Testing & Treatment

•	Splinting and casting


Nurse Practitioner

Provide emergent and non-emergent nursing care for Level II Emergency Department patients.
Conduct head-to-assessments and convey pertinent abnormal findings to ED & ICU providers as warranted.
I used critical thinking to intervene appropriately for emergent/life-threatening conditions in acutely ill patients.
Administer medications, provide reports to hospital staff/physicians, and educate patients on follow-up care upon discharge.
Interventional cardiology & radiology recovery nurse Memorial Regional Hospital -
Manage recovery activities of post-operative patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, peripheral stent, balloon angioplasty, valvuloplasty, EPS ablation, TEE cardioversion, defibrillator/pacemaker placement, TAVR, and carotid/cerebral angiogram.
Provide recovery for interventional radiology patients’ status post tunneled dialysis catheter placement and exchange, nephrostomy tube insertion, radiofrequency ablation, and uterine.

Registered Nurse  ICU /PCU AND Emergency Department nurse

Lead NP vaccinator for COVID-19 vaccination project Administering Moderna, Pfizer,     Jansen & Jansen vaccines
•	Supervision of the vaccine center and in charge of over 40 plus staff members per day by working in concert with the site manager to administer over 1500+ vaccines to patients per day.

•	Provide diagnostic, preventative, and therapeutic health services to patients.
•	Document patient care in EMR and maintain accurate medical records.


Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner 

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
