As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at our clinic specializing in medication management and ketamine infusion therapy, TMS, I have successfully assessed and treated a diverse patient population suffering from various mental health disorders. I have developed and implemented individualized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices with innovative therapies to optimize patient outcomes. My role also involves educating patients and their families about medication management, the use of ketamine for treatment-resistant depression, and providing ongoing support throughout their treatment journey. Additionally, I have actively participated in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development of best practices and enhancing the overall quality of care we provide.
