Greetings! I am Murla Ecclesiaste, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive mental health care. I am also dual certified in Adult Gerontology. I have a passion for helping others and strive to empower individuals in their journey towards mental well-being. I have over 10 years of experience managing different areas in healthcare. I understand that seeking help can be daunting, and I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals can express themselves freely. I offer medication management services for children and adults. I also provide brief psychotherapy and psychoeducation, empowering individuals to understand their conditions and make informed decisions regarding their mental health. Areas of Focus: Mood Disorders- Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Trauma-related Disorders etc..

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner 

• Conduct in home assessments on health plan members 
• Review patient’s medical history and formulate a list of current and past medical conditions 
using clinical knowledge and judgment and the findings of the assessment  
• Identify current diagnoses base on assessment and physical exam  
• Physical examination, medication review and depression screening  
• Educate members on topics such as disease process, medication and compliance  
• Administrative, organizational and verbal skills
