Via telehealth to screen, evaluate and treat adults with ADHD, depression and anxiety.  Provides a platform that is easier to access from the patient and provider point of view.  Able to reach patients that would not have had access to this type of care before.  



. Urgent care and primary care facility.  Manage patients for a variety of acute and primary care visits.  Sole provider in clinic on my shifts.  Taking histories, chief complaints, review of systems, doing a thorough examination from general to focused, order tests and labs as appropriate, prescribe medications and referrals as needed.  Perform procedures as needed, including, but not limited to: suturing, splinting, removal of foreign body, gynecological examinations.  Oversee ancillary staff while in clinic.  


Virtual home visits for insurance.  Connect via Google Meet platform and conduct a thorough interview for medical history, daily mediations and screening.  I discuss health issues with patients, recommend follow up and screenings as appropriate.  

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
