Provide high quality medical care to Geriatric and Adult psychiatric patients with acute and chronic health conditions. 
Diagnoses medical problems, order treatments, diagnostic testing, minor procedures including, suturing, suture removal, staples,  Incision and drainage, wound care, etc. 
Patient referrals for more complex health conditions that may need to be followed before or after discharge. 
Provide remote/telephonic services after hours to provide ongoing consistent care
Educate patients daily on chronic and acute conditions, providing assessment and treatment plans
Educate psychiatric staff on common medical conditions that maybe affecting geriatric and adult patients  


Family Nurse Practitioner

Diagnose and treat pediatric, adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic conditions. 
Minor procedure which include Incision and Drainage, Wound Repair, splinting fractures, laceration repair with sutures, staples, or skin adhesion, pelvic examination, slit lamp exam with fluorescein. 
Provide high quality health care through direct assessment, diagnosis, and formulation/implementation of treatment plans for patient with common acute and chronic illnesses and acute injuries. 
Initial and follow up examination of work injuries for workman compensation
Float between 17 different practice clinics within the hospital network throughout Indiana. 
Provide primary care and acute care in the employee health clinics with the Indiana school system through the hospital network. 
Proficient in EPIC inpatient and outpatient EMAR and Sysdoc for workman compensation


Treat 25-30 patient in a 12 hour shift

Treatments visits such as Covid and Flu, Respiratory Infections, Sinus Infections, Sore Throats, Pink Eye Infection, Stye, Ear Problems, Rashes, Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea, Fungal Infections, Insect Bites, Doctor Notes/School Notes, Back Pain, Gout, Allergies, Asthma, Constipation.

Urgent Care/Non-Mental Health Visit 

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up visit ADHD & Mental Health

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.
