As a founder and the provider at MindBrook Psychiatry , I conduct virtual patient assessments , including collecting medical and psychiatric history, performing physical examinations, and 
diagnosing and treating common Mental Health illnesses. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, OCD, Eating disorders, and other related disorders tailored to individual patient needs. Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, adhering to evidence-based guidelines while educating patients on usage, potential side effects, and interactions.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Performed complete health history, physical examination and psychosocial assessment of patients in the inpatient Geropsychiatric unit, inpatient adult unit and children's crisis intervention services CCIS unit in collaboration with attending psychiatrist. Performed psychiatric care services including initial evaluation, diagnosis, assessment and follow up in an outpatient mental health clinic in collaboration with psychiatrist providers.


 Collaborate with chief medical officer, director of nursing, nurse managers, director of case management to facilitate evidencebased clinical practice guidelines.
 Implemented a quality mprovement project to standardize palliative care screening process for all patients admitted to inpatient Medical-Surgical and Telemetry Unit.
