Nourish Health and Wellness is a psychiatric practice that addresses the root cause of mental health symptoms. We take an integrative and functional medicine treatment approach with our patients as we believe that symptoms of depression and anxiety can be better addressed by targeting causes of inflammation in the body, reducing stress, balancing hormones, healing the gut, and replacing nutrient deficiencies.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. It also involves a brief review of patient's medical history, confirming the need for the medication refill, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication.
