A caring and empathetic psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in depression, anxiety and trauma coming from a place of understanding and compassion.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and 
medication management by telehealth diagnosing and treatment mental illness.  Collaborate with other providers and initiate referrals as needed. Order and evaluate blood work as needed. 


Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified

Completed psychiatric evaluations toward diagnosing and treating mental illness, prescribed medication, ordered and evaluated blood work, collaborated with other healthcare members and provided referrals to specialists as needed.  Precepted APRN graduate students. Trained all new APRN hires.  Managed MAT substance use program and Young Adult Service program. History of working in emergency departments starting in 2002 until 2011 when returned to university to pursue advanced degree as APRN.  Taught as professor and clinical adjunct staff for UConn and St Joseph University between 2007 and 2014 in the studies of nursing.
