I started Family Healthcare Clinics in March 2023. I believe that healthcare should be patient focused and focus on quality care vs quantity. I have completed extensive education and clinical training as well as specialized training in my areas of expertise. Driven to constantly improve my knowledge in the area of Family Medicine, I frequently attend educational conferences and professional society meetings to learn about the latest advancements in the field and offer these techniques and technologies to patients.


Family Nurse Practitioner

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.

Will discuss weight loss options with patient including natural, holistic, prescription medications and non-medication weight loss options.  Will include labs and determination if you are medically stable for weight loss.

Please bring any clearance letters from any specialists, a list of medications and medications taken. If you wear glasses or contacts, please wear them. Drink water the morning of and a few days before coming to visit. A urine and vision test will be conducted the day of the visit as well as vital signs.  

Initial Visit- DOT/CDL Physical

This is for a sick visit. It can include testing for covid, strep throat, RSV, urine, pregnancy test, etc. Please call if you have questions.
