CEO/Owner

Direct the day-to-day operations of the program. Implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives in providing mental health services to the community. Provide oversight for the Outpatient services to provide comprehensive services to families, teens, couples, children, adults, and groups to promote community mental health. Ensure quality control to promote counseling that is collaborative, compassionate, respectful, and client/family-centered to help individuals, couples, and families learn skills to help ride out the waves of life's challenges in order to create positive meaning

As a Supervisor, I evaluate employees and contractors performance. Develop and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives. Oversee quality assurance in the programs service delivery including clinical care and documentation. 


Conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, make treatment referrals, and lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families. Provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans. Provided written reports reflecting diagnostic impression, monitor client progress, develop treatment plans, adjust treatment plans as needed, provide recommendations, and coordinate with other healthcare providers. Complete documentation and filing requirements according to WAC, agency, and funder policies. Maintained complete and accurate documentation of all activities (including, but not limited to case files and records, progress notes, case plans, reports, case review, risk assessments, and case summaries) on a professional, self-directed basis.  Customized helping approaches to fit the family’s uniqueness, personality, culture, and interest.


Owner

Provide non-medical short-term counseling, using nondirective and motivational interviewing techniques aimed at maximizing early engagement, quickly identifying issues, co-developing appropriate solutions, and supporting ongoing self-management. Provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling. Arrange presentations and briefings providing psychoeducational and health and wellness presentation in a group setting to military personnel and families. Provide command support through communication and maintenance of the relationship with the installation or facility POC and consultation with the installation command structure addressing global issues that have a behavioral component that impact the forces. Child Youth Behavioral counseling targeted to supporting children through counseling, consultation, education, and training focused on how the military environment impacts young people. Educate families about how military culture, lifestyles, and deployment cycles impact.

Individual and Family Therapist

•	Provided individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment, and treatment plans.
•	Worked with client to develop realistic measurable treatment goals with clear outcomes. 
•	Co-facilitated weekly CBT-Psychosis group to help clients struggling with paranoia, voices, and other psychotic features.
•	Managed a caseload of 40+ culturally diverse individuals of different age groups. 
•	Maintained complete documentation (including but not limited to: progress notes, treatment plans, 180 reviews, risk assessments, PHQ-9, GAD, GAIN-SS, 180 case review, and diagnosis review). 


Bilingual Mental Health Therapist III	

Provided intake evaluation for at risk youth between the ages of 13 and 17. Provided written reports reflecting diagnostic impression, treatment, and  recommendations for youths who were victims of trafficking, domestic violence, sexual abuse, physically abuse ,and/or fleeing from gang or experienced gang related violence. Work with Office of Refugee and Resettlement (ORR) representatives to ensure proper placement within the different ORR programs based on residents mental health needs and safety. Completed documentation and filing requirements according to WAC, agency, and funder policies. Maintained complete and accurate documentation of all activities (case files and records, progress notes, case plans, reports, case review, risk assessments, etc.) on a professional, self-directed basis. Provided evidence-based interventions through problem-solving, case management services and group facilitation in accordance with department policy base upon clients’ needs.

Bilingual Mental Health Therapist 	

Provide non-judgmental, unconditional support to the child and family. Customized helping approaches to fit the family’s uniqueness, personality, culture, and interest. Listen to and analyze the family’s story, and with them, identify strengths, needs, preferences, and goals. Individualized Service Panning and implement them with strategies that build on child and family strengths. Provide direct helping interventions that respond to crisis in a prompt, effective, and collaborative manner.  Provide transitioning services to natural and other community supports. 


Crisis Therapist 	

Provided individual counseling to victims of sexual abuse, victims of interfamilial child sexual abuse, families of sex offenders/domestic violence, trauma victims, and clients suffering from depression. Provided couples counseling to improve communication and marital satisfaction. Co-facilitated two sex-offender groups to enable offenders to receive insight in their deviant sexual behavior/sexual fantasies, to assume responsibility for their sexual assault, reduce cognitive distortions, increase victim empathy, increase insight into maladaptive coping mechanism, and to develop a sound prevention plan to reduce the likelihood of re-offending in cooperation with parol officers and the judicial system to ensure the safety of the community. Maintained progress notes for all clients to ensure proper documentation of session content and interventions. Conducted four juvenile psychosexual reports


Marriage and Family Therapist Intern

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, physical examination, and possibly diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop a treatment plan.

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
