I have accomplished different roles. As a medical-surgical psychiatric nurse, I provided compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions, conducting assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans. I focused on therapeutic communication, crisis intervention, and patient advocacy to promote recovery and well-being. On the other hand, As a charge nurse, I led and coordinated nursing staff, managed patient assignments, and ensured the smooth operation of the unit. I took on a leadership role in making critical decisions, managing emergencies, and mentoring staff, all while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

• Under supervision of preceptor, conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status exams, risk assessments, and diagnostic evaluations for patients across the lifespan.
• Under supervision of preceptor, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including
pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
• Under supervision of preceptor, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including , psychologists,
therapists, social workers, and primary care providers, to coordinate patient care.

• Under supervision of preceptor, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Care coordination for patients, including prior authorization; identifying and seeking solutions for barriers to care.
• Provide telephonic triage for patients seeking care with multiple health conditions and mental health complaints.
• Delivery of culturally sensitive, age-specific care to identified populations.

VIRTUAL RN, 

Prescription Fulfillment enables providers to prescribe medications efficiently, ensuring patients receive the correct treatment promptly.
