Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner -Board Certified 

I provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services and medication management for adults, children, and individuals with intellectual disabilities, in collaboration with other healthcare providers. My services include conducting initial and follow-up assessments, formulating psychiatric diagnoses, ordering and reviewing laboratory work, and initiating and adjusting psychotropic medications as needed. I develop personalized treatment plans and meticulously document all care using the eClinicalWorks (eCW) system. Additionally, I offer flexible options for care through both telepsychiatry and in-office visits to accommodate the diverse needs of my patients.
