I provide telephonic coaching to promote behavioral changes and improve quality of life.  I also assess stages of change and implement actions to assist customers in reaching personal goals.

 I provided both telephonic and in-person therapy and utilized a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to best meet the client's treatment needs.

THERAPIST

I delivered telephonic behavioral health care through an eight-week program
and provided mental health counseling using a brief, CBT intervention model.

I administered telephonic and in-office mental health counseling to adolescents at a boarding school.  In addition, I developed crisis management plans and provided mental health safety assessments.

I developed programming and provided oversight for an in/outpatient youth substance use program. In addition, I worked on the state level to develop substance use treatment policies for the youth of Missouri.

I provided individual counseling for youth aged 2-17 (and their guardians, when appropriate) and addressed issues relating to mental health challenges, trauma, and behavioral issues.

I facilitated both individual and group counseling for substance use and co-occurring clients.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

I provided case management to children with pervasive mental illness and facilitated substance use treatment groups for adults.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
