Holistic Hope is a group practice that offers trauma informed evidence based therapeutic interventions. We offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) for complex trauma and complex PTSD. We also specialize in offering the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) which is a music listening therapy based on the Polyvagal theory developed by Dr. Stephen Porges. We offer services to all ages, populations, families, couples, and groups!

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, physical examination, and possibly diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop a treatment plan.

Psychotherapy for 60 minutes 

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a therapist to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.

Free Consultation

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
