An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Individual Session Intake

Subsequent sessions with a provider, post the initial session, involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, processing, learning new skills, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Subsequent Individual Sessions

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Case Management Session

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.

Subsequent Family Sessions

Initial Family Intake Session 

Substance Abuse Professional Evaluation for U.S. Department of Transportation Evaluation. This service includes the initial evaluation session, referrals, monitor of progress, and final evaluation session with return to work recommendations. 24-48 hours services available at an additional cost.
