•	Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

•	Attend multidisciplinary meetings with various department leaders, third party entities and stakeholders
•	Advocate for patient safety and care via conferences as needed and collaborative discussions with medical team
•	Provide culturally competent psychosocial assessments to identify and implement intervention and treatment plans that promote patient well-being and ensure a continuum of care

Initial Visit

A follow-up psychotherapy session involves reviewing the progress of your treatment plan, addressing any new symptoms or concerns, and making adjustments to the plan as needed to support continued mental health and well-being.

Follow-up Visit

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
