An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options. Most major insurances are accepted, or private pay is accepted for $300. 

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. For those taking medications, refills will be provided during these appointments if needed. Most major insurances are accepted, or private pay is accepted for $150.
