As a private therapist, I have had the pleasure of helping many individuals ranging in age from 18 to 55.  My approach is eclectic, using various theoretical orientations such as CBT, DBT, ACT and psychodynamic therapy.  My goal is to help you reach your goals in an efficient and comfortable manner.  I am solution focused, open-minded and empathetic.

As a school psychologist,  I provide counseling, conduct psychological evaluations and consult with teachers and parents. I have many years of experience working with adults and children with ADHD, anxiety and OCD.

During my time at Abbott House, I supervised psychologists as they created behavior plans and conducted group therapy for dually diagnosed adults. My personal caseload consisted of individuals diagnosed with bipolar disorder I, schizophrenia, autism, and intermittent explosive disorder.

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.

Free Consultation

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
