1.	Assess, diagnose and treatment of acute psychiatric illnesses and management of chronic diagnoses. Care provided in-person, via video or via telephonic mode.
2.	Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary services for clients with complex psychiatric problems to develop realistic patient-centered treatment plans. 
3.	Perform appropriate screening procedures, order labs, interpret and discuss results with patients.
4.	Performs mental health services, including crisis intervention, and coordinates mental and physical health services for clients with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring physical disorders.
5.	Counsel clients with identified psychiatric conditions and monitor for medication effectiveness and therapeutic levels.


Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Follow-up Visit

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

Prescription service

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
