•	Clinical practice performed via telemedicine under the supervision of the Psychiatrist.
•	Perform initial psychiatric evaluation on adult, and geriatric clients
•	Apply evidenced-based pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy in the management of psychiatric disorders under the supervision of the psychiatrist
•	Reviewed the client's medical history, ordered laboratory tests, interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and observed client behavior for accurate diagnosis of illness
•	Provide follow up visits for clients and monitor any beneficial and side effects of medications and adjusting where necessary
•	Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team (physicians, PMHNPs, PAs, social workers, psychologist, etc.) to coordinate care
•	Educate the client about their disease condition and the treatment plan
•	Demonstrate good judgment by providing referrals to higher level of care e.g., psychiatric emergency centers, and psychiatry inpatient services

An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.

Initial Visit

A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes. Medication management would be addressed at follow-up visit.

Follow-up Visit and Medication Management/Refills

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads. Providers who add Free consultation as a service receives 2-3 times more prospects.
