As a PMHNP in a Telehealth outpatient clinic, my role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health care through virtual platforms. I conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health disorders, and provide evidence-based treatment plans, which include both therapeutic interventions and medication management. My Telehealth practice enhances accessibility, particularly for underserved or remote populations, ensuring that clients receive timely care. In addition, I collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination. I take pride in achieving high patient satisfaction rates and improving clinical outcomes through personalized, culturally sensitive care.

Non Profit organization in NM and TX serving the Latino community in both TeleHealth and outpatient clinic settings, my role was to provide culturally sensitive, bilingual mental health care, tailored to the unique needs of this population. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and medication management, ensuring that care is accessible and inclusive. Through TeleHealth, I increase access for individuals facing geographic or logistical barriers, while maintaining the personal connection essential in outpatient care. My achievements include enhancing mental health outcomes by addressing cultural stigmas around mental health and building trust within the community, ultimately improving engagement and long-term wellness.


Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations, medical histories, and risk assessments.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medication, adjusting dosages, and medications as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse effects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting
assessments and state data-based medication management Program.

As the sole fluent Spanish speaker, I coordinated and assisted Spanish speaking patients throughout their appointment, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience.

A prescription service appointment with a provider typically involves a brief review of his/her existing patient's medical history, confirming the need for the prescription service, and issuing a new prescription. It may also involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan is still appropriate for the patient's needs.

An opportunity for potential patients to discuss their concerns or needs with a provider, or therapist, to determine if their services are a good fit and to receive initial advice or guidance. Many providers offer free or very affordable consultation services with potential patient leads.
