I am a compassionate and empathetic, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of comprehensive experience in healthcare, providing wellness and mental health management for a variety of populations. I am skilled at analyzing patient history to build a diagnosis, treatment plan, psychotherapy, and medication management, enhancing patients' knowledge to improve their physical and cognitive well-being after each visit. I make myself available to get to know the client, exercise patience, and employ good listening skills, compassion, kindness, and understanding. I provide psychiatric evaluations, counseling, and medication management, with special attention to individual needs in a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and safe environment. I not only treat mental health problems but also provide a neutral environment for individuals to thrive as they begin their healing process and find selfhood. I use evidence-based practice to provide excellent patient care.
