I have over 13 years of experience in the medical profession, including working as trauma nurse leader. I am passionate about Evidence based care, compassionate for the care of adults, adolescents and children who have been through trauma. I believe that the absence of mental health symptoms does not equate mental wellbeing. Therefore, my treatment approach targets beyond reducing symptoms, but also to optimize my clients’ specific functioning and improve their overall quality of life.
