With a foundational education from the University of Texas at Tyler and specialized training in integrative psychiatry from the Dream Practice Academy, my approach combines over 14 years of healthcare experience across diverse settings—from emergency rooms to intensive care units to small practices.
My personal journey into mental health was not a straightforward path. The early loss of my father, a significant car accident, and navigating life changes have all deeply influenced my empathy and understanding. These experiences fostered my intuitive connection with patients facing their own struggles, guiding me into a career that blends scientific rigor with heartfelt care.
Colleagues and patients alike describe me as intuitive, wise, and energetically compassionate. Initial Visit
An initial visit with a provider involves a medical history review, an assessment of your specific symptoms and concerns, and possible diagnostic tests to evaluate a patient's health, identify issues, and develop and discuss treatment options.
Your first visit will be a consultation for the purpose of evaluation. After evaluation, we will offer some first impressions of what our work might include, a treatment plan, and considerations regarding psychotherapy, medications, and holistic approaches

Follow-up Visit
A follow-up visit with a provider involves checking the progress of the patient's treatment plan, assessing any new symptoms or concerns, and adjusting the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Regular follow up appointments are required in order to ensure good care. Follow up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
