Welcome! I'm Jennifer Anne Montgomery, a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner with a heart for providing patient-centered care. With my experience in virtual health consultations, I'm well-equipped to offer convenient and comprehensive care to patients from all walks of life, regardless of location.
My passion lies in educating and empowering patients and guiding them towards their best health. I take pride in my role as a provider but also understand that patients need to be heard and listened too. I understand the struggles of navigating the health care system and want to provide patients with the care they want and deserve.
I have a special place in my heart for those battling chronic and long illnesses, and I'm committed to closing the gaps in healthcare to enhance patient outcomes. My background has also given me strong leadership skills, overseeing the needs of up to 100 patients at a time while supervising a team of dedicated RNs.
As someone who values efficiency, I'm known for my excellent time management and tech-savvy approach to healthcare. Self-motivated and ambitious, I strive to provide quality care that is respectful of every patient's unique background and needs.

My philosophy
As a provider who spent many years making home visits I value what patient's have to say. It is important to not only treat patients but also to listen to them and hear their input. I want patients to feel like they are valued and they are not just another fifteen minute time slot. Practicing medicine means you have to look at each individual person as just that, an individual. I do not just want to provide cookie cutter medicine, I want to provide individualized care that will promote health and wellness and help my patient's to live the healthiest lives possible.

In this role I work with patients that have multiple chronic illnesses to try and help them live their best life. Streamlining getting equipment, working with insurance plans for coverage and referrals to specialists as needed. I provide urgent care services to those we serve by treating infections and exacerbations early, in order to prevent extra trips to the ER or hospital. I serve as an extra layer of communication when needed between the patient and their providers to communicate needs.View all
