Whether you're navigating one of life's transitions, struggling with anxiety or depression, feeling 'stuck', or facing the challenges of relationships with family, friends, or a partner, I'm here to listen and support with an open heart and mind. We'll work together to reveal the path to a life that feels truly meaningful to you. Though I have worked with people struggling with a wide variety of challenges, in recent years, I have chosen to work with adults who are seeking support in coping with anxiety, depression, challenging life transitions, and those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe we all benefit from engaging in self-exploration as we navigate this one wonderful, yet complicated thing we call life. So, regardless of whether you are a long time therapy-goer or this is your first time venturing into a therapeutic space, I will meet you where you are. You set the pace.View all
Resources for Human Development (RHD)
Corporate Clinical Director - Full-time
Nov 2015 - Mar 2024
In this position, I provided clinical training and ongoing clinical support to over twenty social services programs across five states with a wide variety of service delivery types to ensure delivery of the highest quality of care to people supported by the organization. I also provided compassionate, reflective clinical support to organization's therapists, staff, and leaders with a focus on both personal and professional wellbeing. Here, I offered organizational support in mitigating the impact of workplace stressors on staff, including change fatigue, burnout, and low morale. A large part of the role was adapting clinical models, including established Evidence Based Practices (EBP), for implementation at community-based programs (DBT, Seeking Safety, TREM, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, IFS). Finally, I spent a great deal of time consulting with program staff and therapists on acute and/or highly complex clinical cases in their programs.
