I’m Rebecca Booker, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 22 years of diverse nursing experience, specializing in mental health, psychiatry, and psychotherapy. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults, addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, trauma, and mood disorders. My treatment approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-focused care, emotionally focused therapy, culturally sensitive methods, and coaching.
