Hello, I’m Alexandra McReynolds, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. With over 36 years of experience across various healthcare settings, I am deeply committed to delivering empathetic, holistic care to individuals of all ages. My approach integrates life skills training, trauma-informed methods, and medication management when necessary, allowing me to craft personalized treatment plans that empower patients on their wellness journey. I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stay current on evidence-based practices, ensuring top-quality care for every patient. In my free time, I enjoy needlepointing, horse riding, paddleboarding, and learning tap dancing with my spouse.
