Hello! My name is Charles Wade and I'm passionate about providing top-notch healthcare to my patients. I believe in open communication, not just with you, but also with the entire healthcare team to ensure you get the best care possible. We work as a team to achieve your health goals!
I have a rich background in Hospital Medicine, Primary Care, Medical Weight Loss, and Men's Health.
Moreover, I love giving back to the community. I spent several years volunteering as a youth fitness mentor, where I promoted fun activities to teach kids teamwork and the importance of exercising to combat childhood obesity.
I'm here to support your health journey with knowledge, compassion, and a commitment to ongoing education and research. Let’s work together to achieve your health goals!

My philosophy
My goal is to have a patient centered practice. I ask my patients what are their goals to improve their health. I work in collaboration with the patient to achieve their goals and improve their health. My goal is to support you in taking the time to truly understand yourself, your strengths and challenges so that you can make informed decisions about the direction of your life. I’m not interested in throwing a bunch of pills at you and calling it a day, but I want to help you understand what’s going on with your body and mind so that we can come up with some strategies that work for you. I want to help my patients find a way of being in a world based on self-compassion and kindness.
