Meet Paola Paquini

Compassionate and Bilingual PMHNP Specializing in Mental Health Care and Support
Hello, I'm Paola Paquini, a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, certified by ANCC. With over two decades of nursing experience, I am passionate about supporting mental well-being in diverse communities. Currently, I serve at BrainHealth and LifeStance Health, where I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. My practice focuses on building trust and fostering open communication to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

My journey in nursing began with an Associate degree from Pasadena City College and has been enriched with advanced degrees from West Coast University and Purdue Global University. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to connect deeply with a broader range of patients. I take pride in my organizational skills, empathy, and my award-winning contribution to public health nursing in Los Angeles County.

Outside of work, I’ve been a public health nurse, advocating for the wellness of people experiencing homelessness and collaborating with care teams for children in foster care. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel understood and are empowered towards a better quality of life.
