Hi, I’m Osas Sandra Ehigiegba.
I am a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. My goal is to help you achieve better mental health through thoughtful and compassionate care. I have a strong background in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health issues. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, I ensure you get the best possible care.
I earned my Master’s degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. I also have an Associate Degree in Nursing from the College of San Mateo and an Associate Degree in Human Development Studies from Ohlone College.
I offer services such as psychiatric assessments, diagnosis and treatment, evaluations, therapy, and crisis intervention. I believe in clear communication, compassionate care, and using the latest research to ensure the best outcomes for my patients.

My philosophy
Once we decide to work together on your treatment journey,
it will be paramount for us to be honest and communicate openly to create a
very trusted therapeutic relationship and this can be achieved through our collaborative efforts, effective listening, challenging, and supporting you as we journey through our first appointment with be an introduction that would
allow you to share your story and treatment goal, followed with a psychiatric
assessment, diagnosis and treatment goal and plan in collaboration. My office is an environment that would also allow us to collaborate with
other providers in a way that would support your individual diagnosis, treatment and therapeutic plan to provide the
holistic care that meets your treatment goal.
